Completed Business Planning Course at HIDA (AOTS) Osaka, Japan

From 9th to 22ndd March, 2016 Mr. Anirudh Vasdev attended and successfully completed a course at HIDA Kansai Kenshu Center in Osaka on Business Planning for South Asian MSMEs. The course imparted knowledge of various successful management methodologies and tools such as S.W.O.T. Analysis, 4P & 3C Models, BMO Analysis, etc. Students were also taken to many factory tours including the Nagoya Science Park, Maruyoshi Co. Ltd, Osamura Metals Co. Ltd, Toyota Motor Corporation Motomachi Plant & Toyota Kaikan Museum amongst others. At the end of the course participants were involved in practical exercises using what they had learnt along with presenting a final presentation of their new strategy in business to be applied upon their return to their individual countries.
